Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of JobEdge AI, a product of ManyTek International LLC (“ManyTek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using JobEdge AI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Sprint 0 service
JobEdge AI provides interview-preparation tools, including resume intelligence, AI-assisted interview practice, structured feedback, progress tracking, and—where included in the selected plan—the ability to request human coaching. Features and limits shown on the current Pricing page and at checkout form part of these Terms.
Career Plus provides everything in Professional, plus the ability to request a human coaching session, subject to coach availability and booking confirmation. A request is not an automatic booking. We do not guarantee immediate availability, automatic coach matching, priority support, or rescheduling outside the documented support process.
2. AI-assisted features
JobEdge AI uses artificial intelligence to generate practice questions, analyze submitted materials, and provide coaching feedback. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed using your own judgment. They are not verified credentials, professional advice, hiring decisions, or guarantees of employment. Human coaches remain responsible for their own coaching guidance.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use the service lawfully. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, resold, reverse engineered, used to disrupt the service, or used to submit material you do not have the right to process.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout. Explorer is $0, Professional is $24 per month, Career Plus is $49 per month, and Enterprise pricing is negotiated through Contact Sales. Enterprise terms are defined only by a separate written agreement.
Payment processing is provided by a payment service provider. You authorize applicable recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Refund requests must be sent to jobedge.ai@manytek.org.
5. No employment guarantee
JobEdge AI is a preparation and coaching service. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, promotions, or any other career outcome.
6. User content
You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, interview responses, and other content you submit. You grant ManyTek and its necessary service providers a limited right to process that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep JobEdge AI available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may make reasonable changes for security, legal compliance, reliability, or product improvement. Material commercial changes will not retroactively alter an already-paid billing period.
8. Intellectual property
JobEdge AI software, branding, interfaces, and platform content—excluding user content—are owned by ManyTek International LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, JobEdge AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” ManyTek disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for employment decisions or other decisions made from AI or coaching outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, unlawful conduct, fraud, security threats, or nonpayment after applicable recovery efforts. You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation is governed by Section 4.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Virginia will hear disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.
